Ingredients:
20 large button mushrooms, stems removed
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp Happy Adjika Green Adjika
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp olive oil
Fresh parsley for garnish
Step-by-Step Guide:
Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 190°C.
Prepare the Mushrooms: Clean the mushroom caps and remove the stems. Brush the caps with olive oil and place them on a baking sheet.
Make the Filling: In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, Green Adjika, and breadcrumbs. Mix until well-combined.
